DB25 Cables

DB25 (D-Subminiature) Cables are available in a variety of lengths and have guaranteed color codes. The heavier gauge wires (20 AWG for the last four wires and 24 AWG for the remaining wires) allow the user to easily terminate the wires into standard terminal blocks.

M23 Connectors

Available with custom wiring, Mencom is offering 12 & 19 pole M23 receptacles with ½” NPT, M20 or M20-long (for thicker panels) mounting threads. The standard shell material is nickel plated brass while the M20 is also available in stainless steel.

Mencom is also producing the mating 12 pole M23 plugs. Available in molded or non-molded versions utilizing a rugged PUR jacket in a wide variety of lengths. The 19 pole M23 plugs will be available in the first quarter of 2013.

MIXO 25 Pole Inserts

ILME, represented by Mencom in the U.S., is re-introducing the MIXO 25 Pole Inserts — The module CX-25 is used in applications where high volumes of data or signals are transmitted in a small space.

These modular inserts work with the MIXO series frame which is then inserted into a traditional 49.16 housing or COB panel support. Gold plated crimp pins – 4A/50V.

Mencom is now offering the CX 6/6 ILME Rectangular Insert for high current applications. The CX series has been enhanced with a new insert, suitable for currents up to 100A. The new CX 6/6 series crimp contacts feature several benefits over conventional screw or axial screw contacts:

More resistant to mechanical stresses such as vibrations, shock and cable loads
More corrosion resistant (gas tight)
Quicker to connect and ensuring more consistent results (regardless of the operators ‘force’)
The connector is electrically more efficient (reduced voltage drop)
