Shipping Policy

Shipping cost on all orders will be added to the order total.

All shipments are shipped from Oakwood, Georgia. Mencom uses UPS for all standard orders.

Expedited

UPS Red (Next Day Air) and Blue (Second Day Air) orders must be in to order entry by 3:00 PM Eastern in order to ship the same day (in-stock items only.)

Please note that shipping times are estimated times, and orders may be delayed if the order contains special instructions or there is a high volume of customer orders.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except for the following observed holidays: 

New Year’s Day

Good Friday, Memorial Day

Independence Day

Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day

The Day After Thanksgiving

Christmas Eve

Christmas Day

New Year’s Eve
